Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

You may cancel a service at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation:

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed rate
  • Any advance payment for uncompleted work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 15 business days
  • Work-in-progress deliverables will be provided in their current state upon full payment for completed work

2. Cancellation by DISOADS

We reserve the right to cancel a service agreement if:

  • Payment is not received within the agreed timeframe after written notice
  • The client engages in activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Mutual agreement is reached between both parties

In such cases, any advance payment for uncompleted work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered as agreed upon in the proposal or contract
  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Cancellation before work has begun (full refund of advance payment)
  • Cancellation after work has begun (pro-rata refund for uncompleted work)

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (advertising spend, domain fees, hosting fees, stock assets)
  • Work that has been approved and delivered
  • Services completed in full as per the agreed scope

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone with your project details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

6. Disputes

In case of any dispute regarding refunds or cancellations, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
