2. Services

DISOADS provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, website development, graphic design, video editing, content marketing, and AI automation. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each service will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements. Generally:

  • An advance payment may be required before work begins
  • Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified in the proposal
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement
  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all deliverables created specifically for the project. DISOADS retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets, tools, and frameworks used in project delivery remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

DISOADS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date. Any advance payments for uncompleted work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
